We are a brand-new agency in the heart of Cologne. Founded by communication professionals with an unconditional will to innovate. Our goal: to lead brands into a sustainable future. Together with thought leaders from a wide range of disciplines we develop visions of the future for meaningful strategies, sustainable brand power and value-oriented communication.

We are designers and consultants in one. And this is where you come in! You coordinate the collaboration between strategy, creation and external project partners. You plan and organize brand processes and communication projects and monitor their timely implementation. The preparation and implementation of client workshops and presentations is just as much part of your role as the continuous cultivation of client relationships. Budget and cost calculation, project controlling, and resource planning have long become your flesh and blood.

You are a confident representative of our agency towards our contacts on the client side and a fair partner for our service providers. Empathy and foresight are some of your outstanding virtues.

You have a degree and have already gained several years of professional experience at an agency. In addition to classic brand and communication topics, you are also familiar with digital communication solutions and the basics of media, data analytics and research.
